If you're on a paid plan, you will receive your 7-day free trial immediately after upgrading.
We bill annual plans once a year for the full billable amount on the anniversary of your subscription.
You can change your plan at any time.
If you upgrade to a paid plan, downgrade to a free plan, and then try to upgrade to a paid plan again, you will not be eligible for our 7-day free trial.
You can cancel at any time from your account profile by clicking the 'Cancel Subscription' button.
You'll enter a grace period until 30 days pass from your last payment.
If you're on a paid plan, you will be downgraded to our free 'Start' plan.
You will lose the ability to use any of the features under the paid 'Grow' plan, but you will still have access to view your data.
Sorry, we don't offer refunds, however we do have an account credit system. Depending on the situation we may, from time to time, offer credit for future purchase of our annual plan.
